Project: Saturn Vue – Interior design

Lead designer

In this mid-cycle enhancement program I managed teams of Designers, Digital and Clay Modelers and worked in close collaboration with the Engineering department, delivering an innovative and modern design, using a minimal budget.

Notable was the completely different door panel design, improving considerably the aesthetics, ergonomics and pocket size while still using the same door inner sheet metal and attachment points.

The center console design, due to its innovative concept and versatility, was later used in other GM SUVs, like Chevrolet Equinox, as a carry-over component.
